For those who already feels that they are finished with the adaption to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) should not just sit and wait because there are new challenges all the time. The adaption to SOX is not a project that are finished but also a process that will have to be maintained.

All together this means much work with a very clear deadline because the judgement of the internal control should be presented at the same time as other reports.
