Amentor AB was created in 2004 as a joint venture between the Gothenburg based Amentor, JLEF and the Stockholm based Radar Consulting.

The company represent knowledge from the areas of IT Governance, Information Security, IS Audit and Finance.

The joint venture was driven by new business opportunities within areas like Sarbanes-Oxley Act Compliance and other similar regulations.

All consultants from Amentor are certified within IS/IT revision such as CISA, CISM, CISSP etc.
